Sorry the boards have been down folks. I'm all settled down here for a year with the US Air Force in South Korea after a nice "vacation" in Iraq. Hope you all can enjoy the boards, boast about your favorite tractors, and ask all the questions you have.

Hi Jesse, tried to get on this site a while back but had problems and you were busy "playing" in the sand. Glad to here you got out safe. My name is Kevin and I'm new to the tractor game. After buying 10 acres I bought a Farmall 450 for my first tractor. Hope people don't get sick of me asking tons of qustions.

Hello KMW, I trust you're talking about a Farmall 450. I cut my teeth on that tractor, a 1956. A tall really fast down the road strong tractor. In fact Here in Michigan, when my family bought that tractor it was the largest available here. Since then, I've had a 450 Diesel, with power steering. thats the one where you start on gas then switch to diesel. Enjoy your tractor.
